Question: Where is the Airborne Drop Box?
Answer: The Airborne drop box is located at One Datran Center, ground level, across from the Metro rail elevators and vending machines.

Question: Where is the UPS Drop Box?
Answer: The UPS drop box is located at Two Datran Center, Second Level.

Question: Where is the "Lost and Found"?
Answer: The lost and found items are kept by the security office which is located One Datran Center, second floor parking garage. You may call Security to find out if any items have been turned in at 305.670.0254.

Question: My Parking Transponder is not working, whom do I call?
Answer: Standard Parking is in charge of Parking Transponders and they will be able to help you with any problems. You may call them at 305.670.6735.

Question: I need a mailbox key, where can I get one?
Answer: One Datran Center tenants may get their mailbox keys through the Management office by calling the Engineering department at 305.670.0880. Two Datran Center tenants may get their mailbox keys by contacting the United States Postal Service at 1.800.275.8777 located at:

Question: What is the number for Maintenance?
Answer: The number to call for any work-order requests and this includes, Lights burned out, clogged toilets, air-conditioning, tripped breakers, cleaning requests, keys, etc, is 305.670.0880. This is the number for the Engineering department (Maintenance).

Question: How can my visitor(s) enter the building after hours?
Answer: After 7:00pm, access to building elevators is restricted to card-holders only. Therefore, any guest visiting The Datran Center will need to be escorted by their expecting Tenant.

If the visitor is parked in:

One Datran Center - They must stop at the Security Control Station, which is the office enclosed in glass located at the second level of the One Datran Parking garage. They will call the expecting tenant and notify them of their guest's arrival. The Tenant will escort their guest from the Lobby or Mezzanine up to their suite.

Two Datran Center - The guest may contact the Security Control Station from Two Datran Center by intercom located in the elevator lobby. Security will notify their expecting tenant to meet them and escort them up their suite.
