Datran Center

The Datran Center complex includes two of the largest class A office buildings in the County outside of the Downtown-Brickell area. A four-star, 24-story, luxury Marriott Hotel anchors the eastern end and offers full-scale amenities and meeting/banquet center not only to hotel guests but tenants as well.

One Datran is a 291,145-sq. ft., 21-story office tower with an expansive, four-story, glass-enclosed, atrium lobby, which welcomes tenants and guests to all three towers. The quarried stone floors, marble columns and walls, coffered ceilings and chandeliers are warmed by full-grown trees, colorful plantings, heroic-scale sculpture, mobiles and other original art.

Two Datran is a 240,880-sq. ft., 22-story office tower over an 11-story parking garage. It shares the sky-lighted atrium lobby with One Datran and the Miami Marriott Dadeland and adds 860 parking spaces and contains two penthouse suites.

The airy, tri-level retail concourse contains extensive landscaping and water fountains in a park-type atmosphere. The 50,000-sq. ft. of retail includes unique amenities such as the Clerk of the Courts, mortgage companies and restaurants. In addition, there is a bank, stock brokerage, travel agency, beauty salon and printer.

The South Dadeland station of the Miami-Dade rapid transit system and the terminal for two Miami-Dade bus routes along with indoor parking for 2,500 cars contribute to the easy access and central hub focus of the complex.

The reflective glass-and-masonry exterior of Datran Center rises approximately 256 feet, towering over the parking garage and Miami-Dade rail Station.
